Last weekend, our group celebrated the 4th of July (on the 5th) with colleagues from our various internships. We all contributed by cooking and preparing for the meal. We had a barbeque with chicken, different sausages and vegetarian patties, we cooked delicious roasted potatoes, peppers and tomatoes and topped the night off with an amazing homemade apple crisp and malva pudding (made by one of our guests). Although it was a gloomy morning, the rain let up for enough time to use the grill outside, and then we all ate inside at the long table in the living room.
